Dr. Boggs has been awesome so I think if we can find anyone to come even close to what he has done it will be great. It will be interesting to see what kind of changes we'll see next year under a new president though!
Looking forward, I think it is important to select someone with an open and creative mind.
Filling the shoes of Dr. Boggs is a monumental undertaking, we need to work together to find a President that shares his vision and ideals. Changes will certainly take place, but as one door closes another will open and Western will continue to be a great school.
I thing we need someone that open minded also can deal with small town|big city people.
